The following positions are currently available:
Chocolatier

We are seeking a special individual to join our small award-winning team at our Islington chocolaterie.

This position would suit a focused, hard working and ambitious person with a proven track record of hand made chocolate production.

Skills Required:
  • Able to temper chocolate on a marble slab
  • Hand decoration, coating and dipping
  • Ganache, caramel and patisserie skills
  • A clear understanding of taste, flavour and texture balance
  • Able to work on one's own initiative and at times be self motivated
Hours: 5 days a week, some weekend work will be required.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

Boutique Retail Manager

We are seeking two shining stars to join our expanding award-winning team. One for our Islington boutique and one for our new chocolaterie in The City.

These demanding positions would suit someone with drive, a passion for fine quality hand-made chocolates, and superior customer service skills.

Skills Required:
  • Proven track record in sales, cash handling / banking and customer service
  • Effectively manage a small busy team day to day
  • Product presentation and display
  • Stock control, rotation and ordering
  • Promotions and increasing profit margins
  • Effective team management training to inspire and motivate our dedicated team
Hours: 5 days a week, weekend work will be required for our Islington boutique.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
